Itinerary


  • Today you will be arriving at Tribhuwan Int’l Airport, Kathmandu. If you are unfamiliar with the surroundings we can arrange a pick up from the airport and drop off from the hotel.

  • After breakfast, our guide will pick you up for a flight to Lukla. It will take a 40 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. After your flight, our porters will be carrying all of your stuff. We will leave Lukla, move onto Chaurikharka village, and descend to Dudhkoshi Ghat (2,530m / 8,300ft) until we reach Phakding.On Phakding, you can rest or may opt to visit visiting local monasteries and prepare for the next day.

  • After Breakfast, we will be moving to Namche Bazar. On the way, you will see many different sceneries. As you reach Monjo, you will pass Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sagarmatha National Park has many endangered flora and fauna. Sagarmatha National Park is our first check post. After the check post, we enter a dense forest leading to the first glimpse of Mt Everest. After the further trek, we will arrive at Mt Everest.

  • Today we will be resting at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. Namche Bazaar is your last shopping stop before trekking to the base camp. Namche Bazaar has various shops, cafeterias, cyber cafés, hotels, lodges, guest houses, banks, ATMs, and money exchange. During this day, we will get time to experience the culture and nature of the Namche area. We will talk with people and have fun and refresh.
    Namche is the Khumbu region’s economic hub.
    Traders from all over the Khumbu region congregate in Namche Bazaar to buy and sell food and other commodities. Begin your day by walking up to Sagarmatha National Park for a sunrise view. Watch the sunrise over Mount Everest, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam’s snowy peaks.

  • After Breakfast, we will be trekking to Tyangboche. According to Trekkers, the trek to Tyangboche is the most scenic trek on the whole route. We will descend from Dudh Koshi Valley to Phungi Thanka and climb uphill to Tyangboche. If you are lucky, you may see spot musk deer, pheasants, and Himalayan Thars. We will be passing Imja Khola and reach Tyangboche. In Tyangboche, you will visit the famous old monastery Tyangboche Monastery. Along with the beautiful murals and statuary, you will see a beautiful view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

  • After Breakfast, we will be trekking to Dingboche. The trek to Dingboche is full of stunning views of famous mountains like Mt Everest, Mt, Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse, etc. On the way to Dingboche, you will see many Mani walls, prayer flags, prayer wheels, agriculture fields, and settlements of yak herders. Dingboche lies at an altitude of 4,410 meters. This attitude may make you feel the effects of thin air. In such a challenging environment, the locals have managed to grow barley, buckwheat, and potatoes.

  • Today, we will rest for acclimatization. Dingboche is a beautiful Sherpa Village. We may also go and explore various settlements of Dingboche or have a short hike to Nagarjun hill. The Nagarjun Hill will give you a splendid view of peaks such as Lobuche, Thamserku, Taboche, Kangtega, Mt Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Cholatse, and many other in the range. You can also view the famous Mt Manaslu from Nagarjun Hill.

  • Our every trek keeps us nearer to the Everest Base Camp. After Breakfast, we will be trekking from Dingboche to Lobuche. The trek to Lobuche will make us pass through the beautiful Khumbu Glacier. After passing through wide valleys, we will be arriving at Dughla. Passing further through some yak pastures, we reach Lobuche. You can’t find any permanent Sherpa settlements in Lobuche.

  • Today we will be going to our leading destination the Everest Base Camp. After passing through the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, we will be arriving at Gorakshep Village. Gorakshep is scarcely populated, with few guesthouses that operate during trekking seasons. You can choose to leave some heavy gear at Gorakshep since you will be staying the nights here. After trekking through the world’s highest glacier, Khumbu Glacier, we will be arriving at Everest Base Camp. This base camp is the closest you can ever get to the highest mountain in the world.

  • Today, we will be trekking from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar. Kala Patthar can make you see the stunning views of sunrise from Mt. Everest, which you may have never seen before. We will follow down to Gorakshep, where we will have Breakfast and move on to Pheriche. Pheriche has a small settlement and a clinic run by the Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA).

  • Today, after Pheriche, we will be heading back to Tyangboche.On the way around, we may pass through the rhododendron forests along the Imja River. After that, we will return to Namche Bazaar.To reach Namche Bazaar we will pass to communities like Orsho, Somare, Pangboche, and Tengboche to Namche.

  • After Breakfast, we will be descending to Lukla. We will pass through Jorsale, Monjo, and Phakding to Lukla. The trail to Lukla is primarily gentle uphill up to Kusum Stream though it may head up steeply to the west and takes us to Toktok. We will continue the trek till we reach Lukla.

  • Today is the last day of our trek. After Breakfast, we will take a forty-minute flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. After you land in TIA, our guide will transfer you to your hotel. We will also organize a farewell dinner on this day.

  • Today, you will be leaving Kathmandu for your next destination. If the above itinerary doesn’t fit your schedule and you would like to customize it, please let us know.
