Overview

Annapurna Circuit trekking is  trekking route, famous for its long day trekking in Nepal. It is also known as Annapurna Round Trek. It has been a two-week trekking route since the road was constructed at the bottom of the trekking area. Trekking on the Annapurna Circuit, also known as the Round Annapurna Trek, is still the top choice for many adventure enthusiasts due to its diverse geographic features and beautiful landscapes.
Annapurna Circuit Trekking combines a wonderful experience of trekking from alpine to wilderness through river valleys. However, many coffee shops and lodge locations offer modern accommodation and catering options.

The counterclockwise trekking route is popular and starts at Bhulbhule, the place that leads to the famous Besisahar. Drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule by jeep or local bus and start trekking on the famous trekking route along the Marshyangdi River. If you want to shorten the trek, go to Chame. The town of Manang is also possible. This will reduce the two days of trekking. The trekking route of the Annapurna Circuit crosses incredible places, passing through wonderful places such as Pisang, Lake Tilicho, Manang, Yak kharka, Thorang Phedi, and Thorang la Pass.
A walk through this beautiful river valley will bring you closer to the splendor of rural life and culture in the region. It slowly and gradually takes you to the mountains and eventually crosses the pass.
Thorang La Pass is at an altitude of 5,416 meters above sea level. It also offers stunning views of the surrounding Himalayas. Then, when you get off at Jomsom, you will enter the valley of the Kali Gandaki River.
Annapurna Circuit trekking involves not only trekking in the mountains but also enjoying the cultural beauty of the villages along the way. Crossing river valleys and mountain paths, you will pass through several beautiful cultural villages. The trekking adventure part ends with Jomsom before flying to Pokhara.
