Booking of the Trip
To book and confirm any tour with us, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required by us. Once you are ready to deposit the amount, we will forward our bank account details to you. As soon as we receive your advance deposit, we will send you the tour confirmation note with other essential information about the tour.
The balance can be cleared before you arrive as laid out below, or paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
Mode of Payment
Payments can be made to Nepalviewtours with cards or cash. Travelers checks are not, however, accepted. Any convertible currency, ideally US dollars, or a credit card may be used to settle the balance. An applicable surcharge (about 4%) will be applied to your balance at the time of payment if you decide to pay with a card.
Trip Cancellation
Nepalviewtours reserves the right to cancel any tour without prior notice to the client if the company deems it necessary. This is uncommon, but it is done for the client’s benefit (for example political unrest) In this case, the company will notify you of the trip cancellation and provide a valid reason for doing so. You can transfer your deposit to another date on the same tour or to a different tour. If you do not want to transfer the amount to another date or tour, we will refund the total amount we have received from you. The company, on the other hand, accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred in preparation for the tour.
If you cancel the tour, no refund will be made. However, if you do change your mind you can transfer the amount paid by you to another date or tour providing at least 45 days remain prior to your original departure date.
Itinerary
All of our tours follow the itinerary that is provided. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a change in the itinerary during your tour. In such a case, the guide has complete discretion if he or she believes it is necessary for the safety of the passengers and crew members.
Cost Inclusion
All of our tours include a section that clearly states what is and is not included in the price of your tour. Before making a reservation, please carefully read the “Includes and Excludes” section. All expenses incurred by you that are not specified in the itinerary are your responsibility.
Risk Acceptance
When you book a tour with us, you fully understand that you are embarking on an adventurous journey that may involve personal risk. You are well aware that you are visiting a new political, cultural, and geographical setting that is frequently vastly different from your home country. When you book a tour with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and accept that you are traveling at your own risk.
Travel Insurance
To travel with us, you must have valid travel insurance. Personal accident, death, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, luggage loss, and repatriation charges must all be covered by your travel insurance.
On the day of your arrival, you must provide us with your insurance policy number, emergency contact number, and other insurance information. It is a requirement to participate in any of our tours or treks.
Privacy Policy
We will collect your contact information at the time of your booking, and you agree that we will use it to contact you and send you information about the tour. You also agree that we may use your email address in the future to send you special discount offers and other promotional materials. However, none of the information you provide to us will be disclosed to any third party other than our affiliated service providers such as airlines, hotels, and government authorities during the course of your tour..
